Shipping Policy

Any standard size mat that is in stock, playmats, and dice will ship the next business day.

Any back ordered standard size mat will be fulfilled within 2-4 weeks of the order.

Any custom or geometric custom will be fulfilled within 4-8 weeks of the order.

We offer a shortened shipping schedule for the gift giving season!  If you order a custom or backordered standard size mat, it will ship in time for Christmas!  Order by the following deadline dates to receive your mat in time:

Forest Green: December 8th, 2023
Burgundy: December 10th, 2023
Navy Blue: December 12th, 2023
Black: December 14th, 2023

We will ship these in enough time to be delivered according to shipping schedules (including an extra day or two even), but cannot account for UPS or USPS delays.  So ordering sooner is always better!

Canadian Holiday Shipping

UPS tends to deliver in 5-7 business days.  Please place your orders in early December.  We can get them done if you order by December 7th, 2023.  After that, we’ll still be in full production for the US and will still try to get it done quickly, but cannot guarantee it will ship by a certain date.

Method of Shipment

  • Orders are shipped using either UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage.  UPS Ground is commonly used for most US and international orders. USPS is used on parcels over 58″.
  • Orders will be shipped as they manufactured, which could be within 2 months after your initial purchase.  A time estimate will be on the product page at the time of purchase.


  • We offer free shipping to the United States.
  • We are now shipping to Canada and Mexico for an additional $19 flat rate fee.  International shipping on long parcels is expensive!  Also, please be advised that the buyer is responsible for any import tax, duty or VAT that is charged by their government.
  • We are willing to ship to shipping forwarding services, but cannot offer any sort of returns, exchanges, or refunds.  Even if a mat is damaged in shipping or slightly out of spec (which can happen due to temperature exposure).  Due to the cost of overseas shipping, our ability to do any customer support is nullified.  So the buyer accepts all responsibility for using such a service.  Use a forwarding service at your own risk!
