Shipping Policy

Any standard size mat that is in stock, playmats, and dice will ship the next business day.

Any back ordered standard size mat will be fulfilled within 3-6 weeks of the order.

Any custom or geometric custom will be fulfilled within 4-8 weeks of the order.

 

Method of Shipment

  • Orders are shipped using either UPS Ground or USPS Priority.  UPS Ground is commonly used for most US and international orders. USPS is used on parcels under 22″, which is not that many packages given the very large nature of our products!
  • Orders will be shipped as they manufactured, which could be within 2 months after your initial purchase.  A time estimate will be on the product page at the time of purchase.

Locations

  • We offer free shipping to the United States.
  • We are now shipping to Canada and Mexico for an additional $19 flat rate fee.  International shipping on long parcels is expensive!  Also, please be advised that the buyer is responsible for any import tax, duty or VAT that is charged by their government.
